WHY SHE DOES WHAT SHE DOES
"I love acting because through it I get to explore and further understand the human experience, while also bringing the perspective of my life to different roles. I focus my involvement on projects that uplift underrepresented voices, share stories seldom told, and serve art from a culturally rooted perspective. I may only be one person, but I know my existence can certainly have an impact on the world. So I do what I do to ensure that my impact is positive, powerful, and lasting. I do this because I am passionate about sharing stories, making art, and sparking change."
